Q: What are the amenities you offer?

Our amenities include the following:∙ Spacious living room for any gatherings or activities
∙ Two (2) bunk beds and one (1) extra queen size mattress
∙ WiFi connection up to 50mbps
∙ 58" Android TV with free Netflix. Xbox 360 and Different card games
∙ Kitchen necessities including Microwave, Rice Cooker, Induction Stove, etc.

Q: Where are you located?

You can find us at Paseo Verde at Real, a residential condominium located at R-2, Las Pinas, Metro Manila.

Q: What are your rates?

Direct Booking RateWeekdays (Monday-Thursday): ₱3,200
Weekends and Holidays (Friday-Sunday): ₱4,200Swimming Pool Rate:
Adult: ₱100
Kids: ₱50Minimum Reservation Fee: ₱2,000 (non-refundable)
Security Deposit: ₱1,000 (refundable on checkout)Note
∙ Any remaining balance and security deposit can be paid on or before 1 day prior the booking date.
∙ Rate is already good for to 8 pax (fixed).
∙ Airbnb price is different and much higher due to other charges.

Q: How to book?

You may choose to book directly with us via form or through Airbnb.Direct Book
1. Once form is submitted, we will be first validating the availability of the date you requested. Give us at least 1-2 days to confirm.
2. Once availability of date is confirmed, we will reach out to you here in messenger with the details for the next steps.
3. Once everything is settled, the date is now reserved/booked for you.Airbnb

Q: What time can we check-in/check-out?

Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out is 2 pm.

Q: Is there a free parking slot?

Motorcycle parking in the condominium is free. For cars, we do not have a free parking slot but we offer one (1) parking slot for a fixed rate of ₱150 only for your whole stay.
